How do we renew our Maintenance Agreement? A: A Maintenance Agreement (contract) renews automatically at the end of the agreement as specified in the terms. However, you may renew your agreement by check, charge, or cash as you near the termination of your Agreement. A Maintenance Agreement expires at the end of the designated time, (Normally 1 year), or after the maximum number of copies, prints, or scans has been met. Any copies, scans, or prints made that exceed the maximum covered by the Agreement will be billable at the cost per page or scan at the same rate charged in the Maintenance Agreement.
