We have a 'wrench' displayed on the LED on our Fax or Copy
machine. What do we do? A: When a 'wrench' or rather, a picture of a wrench is displayed on the LED screen of your equipment, or if the little light is lit up beside the picture on the cover, then you need to contact us for service. The wrench comes on when there is a technician required to do a service or maintenance procedure on your equipment. --
